About the Authors Manoranjan Behura, a bilingual writer in English and Odia, researcher, translator, academic, motivational speaker, novelist and freelance journalist, has authored ten books, including The Village Poet & Other Stories (2020), Hunger & Other Stories (2024), Literature on Screen: A Critical Study (2022), The Autobiography of Gana Kabi Baisnaba Pani (Trans- 2024) and Odia works such as Achinha Jhia Pain Chhatatia( Short story collection 2025) Pratinidhi (Novel, 2025). His thirty research papers on English literature published in different national and international journals and contributions of more than three hundred socio-political articles to various newspapers have added a feather to the cap of his literary pursuit. Salila Samal, Reader in English & Head of the Department, Itamati College of Education & Technology, Nayagarh, Odisha, is a researcher and writer. She has ten publications to her credit in different national and international English Literary journals.
