The Swan Song

The narrative is modern, relatable in easy and flowing English but not without a touch of the old-world charm. Elegance and grace, romantic nostalgia, and a timeless quest aside, the fictions have a contemporary bias with explosive climaxes that shock and surprise. Subtle as well as roaring romances, funny bone situations leading to laughing out loud (LOL), shocking revelations that can heal wounds, serious challenges needing herculean efforts to surmount, clash of the rational with déjà vu type epiphany, and ardent animal love fill the pages. The style may go Kafkaesque at times; could seem surreal, and may touch the domain of magical realism. It may go tranquil like ‘…Quiet Flows the Don’.
