The Best Land (Poems)

I have truly enjoyed reading and reflecting on the poetry by Sanjay. On the surface, it appears simple, but then its sublime messages really hit home. The poet writes well like my favourite poet, Ted Hughes with equal provocative imagery. I wish him well for his endeavour. --------- Hatice Sitki, Founder and Principal Consultant, National Myths and Symbols Consultancy, Australia The poet has returned to the world of romance, with his nostalgia of boyhood, his love for Nature, his feeling for the suffering world. The poems have the freshness and spontaneity of a sincere heart and I enjoyed reading them. There is a psychic as well as inspired note in the poems. There are lines which remind us of Blake, but the allusions to Keats and Shakespeare make it an interesting anthology of poems. ----- Goutam Ghosal, D.Litt., Former Professor of English, Visva-Bharati (A Central University), Santiniketan
