Mélange (A Collection of poEMotions)

Sudeshna Mukherjee's poems in this book can be divided into three sections viz Comedy, Women Centric and General. She is very comfortable writing Malaprop poems. Through humour she tries to bring the ironical elements that the common ordinary people face in their day to day life. While dealing with the women's issues she is pained that even in twenty-first century the women of her country have to face such ignominies. What bothers her is that even children are not spared. Her general poems are mostly her observations and interactions with liberal doses of her imagination.
