Media Laws and Ethics

The book “MEDIA LAWS AND ETHICS: With Case Studies” is based on the ethics related to ‘Media’ and its functioning including the introduction, history and contexts of media ethics and journalism. The book contains the contents of Digital Media, Print Media, Public Relations and ‘Advertising Ethics’ and also it talks about ‘Guidelines for Parliamentary Journalism and Coverage of Elections by AIR and Doordarshan. Media plays an esteemed role in spreading awareness among the people so that people may abreast themselves with authentic information and the news. This book has been written according to NEP-2020.The Government of India has just made new criminal laws. All those laws have been written in this book.Apart from this, all the laws on media and its various aspects have been included. Right now, there is a demand to make Artificial Intelligence(AI) laws in our country. Just as there will be a law on AI in our country, it will also be included in the next edition.
