Love, Life And Longing

Love, Life and Longing is an expression of the many shades that colour the world – both external and internal. It celebrates life. It celebrates love. It also celebrates longing. The poems emanate from an impulse, a thought, an idea, a picture, a dream or an experience. The impulses may be real or imaginary. The inspiration may be tangible or ethereal. But the words glow with wonder, joy and innocence. They yearn to light up the dark corners and recesses, both visible and invisible. The words float on clouds and explore the sky. They also dive deep into eyes and hearts. They chase shadows and rainbows. They struggle to keep the hope afloat. They persist in their resolve to raise, cheer and edify. The poems sing aloud the silence of a sensitive soul. They also reverberate with the echo of their own screams.
