The poems in this volume are, on one hand, intensely personal; on the other hand they express shared concerns about the world around us. Written in simple, direct language, they speak from the heart about topics ranging from technology and war, to relationships and spirituality. The reflective “Blasphemy” and the delightful yet delicate poem, “The Red Polyset”, are my favourites. - Sanam Khanna, Professor of English at Delhi University, lifelong learner, Co-editor of “Indian Literature: An Introduction” (2005)
