She is an active member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) in her college and plays a key role in academic audits, quality benchmarks, accreditation-related activities, and continuous institutional improvement. She has participated in seminars, workshops, and conferences at state and national levels. Dr. Rinki Kumari is currently an Assistant Professor of Political Science in Jai Prakash Mahila College, Jai Prakash University, Chapra in Bihar. She has qualified NET(UGC) and finished her Doctoral Dissertation at the Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, she plays a crucial role as a research guide, the Coordinator of Child Care Centre, JPMC, Nodal Officer of Higher Education Government of Bihar and Member of IQAC of her college and various national and international seminars and workshops.
