Emotional Savings (Poems)

This book contains my best thoughts in the best words so far poetically. They are the precious savings in my word treasury during the last 20 years simultaneously keeping pace with the currents and cross-currents of life. In fact, the poems on varied themes are an outcome of varieties of experiences with illusion and reality which may be usual or at times unusual or even special to every human being. However, as I feel this act of looking at the world poetically bears an impetus like that of Ulysses as he says, “…all experiences is an arch where through gleams that untraveled world, whose margin fades forever and forever when I move.” (Lines 19-21, Tennyson’s Ulysses). Thus, the poems in this book reflect the diverse experiences associated with order and chaos; times and places; histories and mysteries; objects and events; moods and modalities; self and society; nature and culture; and still the quest is going on….
