Echoes of a Sensitive Heart

Being sensitive to the human emotions and the human condition is what propels me to observe people around me in the highs and lows of their life; failing familial bonds appal me, while rain and festivals attract me; love and friendship seem so fulfilling, whereas war and death leave a permanent void in my heart. This is my poetic garden loud with the melody of many voices emanating from one source. You are welcome to hear the Echoes of a Sensitive Heart therein! About the Poet Dr. Baijnath Gupta is Associate Professor and Head, Department of English DSN Postgraduate College, Unnao (Affiliated to CSJM University, Kanpur). He has contributed twenty-nine research articles to various reputed National and International journals and edited books. He has edited an Anthology of Poems. Some of his poems have found spaces in such prestigious journals as Setu Bilingual Journal (published from Pittsburgh, USA), Creative Saplings and The Wise Owl. He has also contributed poems to some anthologies including "The Silent Syllables of the Heart" edited by Orbindu Ganga.
