About the book
The book tends to illumine the diverse and worldwide issues and concerns of diaspora, emigration and displacement in a unified form. Despite some challenges and shortcomings that yet to be resolved in coming times, emigration and diasporic settlement have been proved as beneficial and constructive in many positive ways not only for both the home and host-land, but also for the self. The book presents an amalgamation of literary and real-life experiences to intensify the validity of the aforesaid matters in the context of present scenario. The quest and need of individualistic-liberation, transformation, empowerment and self-fulfilment are some of the highlights of the book. The book, with its minute interpretation and empirical data analysis, is going to be really helpful and eye-opener for readers, knowledge-seekers and researchers of the concerned field. It also attempts to bring into the notice of concerned governments and policy makers the discrepancies in foreign policy of different countries regarding working rules, sanctioning of visa, providing citizenship and wages on the name of religion and country of origin.
