About the Authors Dr. Anjali U S, Ph.D. presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Work, Christ College, Vizhinjam, Trivandrum. She holds the degree in Ph.D. in Social Work from Madras School of Social Work with UGC-SRF. Anjali received a patent Action Competence for Adolescents scale. She is having experience of over 10 years working with People as Counsellor, Researcher and Teacher and specialised in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work. Dr. K. Sathyamurthi, PhD., is currently working as the Head of the Department, Department of Social Work, MSSW. Dr. K Sathyamurthi is having 26 years of teaching, research and training expertise in the field of Social Work. He has authored and edited eight books and more than hundred research articles in the International and National referred journals and also member of several editorial and review committees of journals. He has organized three International, nine and seven conferences, seminars, workshops and training sponsored by UGC, Directorate of Social Defence, UNICEF and other Government and Non-Governmental organizations.
